Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based virtual psychotherapy sessions tailored to individuals in substance abuse treatment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and collaboratively develop customized treatment plans aimed at fostering recovery.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adjusted to the specific challenges faced by patients in substance recovery.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records to facilitate excellent patient care and meet regulatory standards.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with fellow clinicians and support staff to ensure a cohesive treatment experience for patients.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health resources and strategies to effectively combat substance use disorders.

• Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health and substance abuse; integrate relevant findings into clinical practice to enhance care quality.

• Manage your caseload proactively, aligning therapeutic interventions with treatment goals while adhering to the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.

• Proven knowledge of solution-based therapeutic interventions and a strong base of clinical knowledge applicable to substance abuse disorders.

• A competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly for full-time positions; part-time opportunities offer a salary of USD 50,000 to 70,000 .
