Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to individuals struggling with mental health conditions as part of their substance abuse treatment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans utilizing best practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Administer a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored specifically to the needs of patients in recovery.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse population of individuals dealing with substance abuse disorders, many of whom are also managing co-occurring mental health conditions. This role involves designing interventions that consider each patient’s unique challenges and strengths, providing holistic support that goes beyond traditional therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Virginia.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience, particularly in the area of substance abuse therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
