Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that include specific goals and intervention strategies to facilitate client progress.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans tailored to client circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring compliance and the safeguarding of client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
