Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students to identify underlying social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools.

• Engage in one-on-one and group counseling to support students facing academic, social, or personal challenges, fostering resilience and coping skills.

• Facilitate workshops and outreach programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness and providing resources to students and their families.

• Forge strong partnerships with community organizations to connect families with valuable resources such as housing assistance, food security programs, and mental health services.

• Maintain detailed case documentation and participate in regular staff meetings to discuss student progress, service plans, and admissions to intervention programs.

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents within the school setting, collaborating with students from diverse backgrounds who may be facing minimal to significant challenges. Our LCSW will work with students dealing with issues related to family dynamics, academic stress, trauma, and socio-economic difficulties, all while emphasizing a trauma-informed care approach.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
