Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources for effective treatment planning.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as necessary to meet the client's evolving needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts, conducting risk assessments and establishing effective safety plans to manage acute mental health situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including client progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment findings.

• Lead therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups focused on various mental health topics and needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
