Youth Therapy Program Leader — Trauma-Informed Care

Flourish is seeking a Therapy Program Manager to deliver therapeutic, relational, and developmental services for youth in Flourish programs. You will provide one-on-one support, facilitate therapy, support groups, and help plan life skills programming that supports emotional wellness, healthy relationships, independence, and long-term stability. You will mentor staff, coordinate with leadership, ensure trauma-informed care, crisis response, and collaborate with partners to strengthen #J-18808-Ljbffr Veterans United Home Loans
