The Erosion Company (TEC) is currently hiring an Office Administrator for our Woodstock, GA location. We are the largest and most experienced Erosion Control contractor in the Southeast, offering comprehensive erosion control, specialty materials, forestry, and other site clean-up/control services to a wide variety of clients.
The AR Coordinator is a key contributor to the success of TEC. They take "ownership" of assigned accounts to ensure the timely collection of monies due and perform all other duties required for successful collection or adjustment of assigned accounts. They will work closely with all levels of the organization as well as directly with our customers and must ensure the overall commitment to excellence, customer service, and quality that is key to TEC's success.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Enter new jobs in the system after verifying information with AR, sales, and operations.
- Prepare contracts, change orders, and lien waivers for signature.
- Assist in special projects as needed for controller and AR management.
Required Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Accounts Receivable experience.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Time management skills, and ability to work under time constraints to deadlines.
- Proficient math/problem solving and data analysis skills.
- Works equally well in both a team and individual contributor environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some college or an Associates degree.
- Construction industry experience.
- Microsoft Dynamics SL (ERP) experience is a plus.
- Additional MS Office Suite experience.
