School Adjustment Counselor

Young World Physical Education

West Springfield Public Schools is seeking an Adjustment Counselor to provide group and individual counseling, design tiered interventions, and manage a caseload to support students’ social-emotional needs. The role requires DESE licensure as a School Adjustment Counselor or equivalent, with collaboration across school personnel and families to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
