Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.WE LOVE OUR WORK.Primarily responsible for the administration of Casino MarketingAssist the Slot Marketing Manager in the operation of the Casino Marketing departmentExercise discretion and independent judgment within the Casino Host functionsWork independently on player developmentDevote majority of time in the casino providing personalized service to the guestsIdentify and develop personal relationships with new and first time guestsCommunicate constantly with Casino Game operations and other Casino Marketing cast membersContact guests personally and/or send correspondence to invite them to enjoy amenities and/or to special eventsIssue complementaries based on player ratingsHost outside entertainment for our guests, such as professional sporting events, dinners, and theatersPromote casino marketing programs via telemarketingFollow all safety rulesAdhere to departmental quality standardsMaintain compliance with the Gaming Board Rules, Standards and the company's System of Internal Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirementsWork within the guidelines established by the companyOther duties as assignedBRING US YOUR BEST.Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or universityMust be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guestsPhysically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spacesSTAY IN THE GAME.
