Outside Sales - AI Automotive Dealer Solutions

ID Privacy AI

ID Privacy AI is building the Automotive AI Operating System the first unified agentic AI platform designed to run dealership sales, service, and customer engagement end to end. Powered by its Native-AI infrastructure stack, the platform unifies shopper signals, sales leads, service requests, and customer interactions into a single intelligence layer, allowing automotive organizations to identify, engage, and convert customers across the entire ownership lifecycle. The platform captures and interprets shopper and customer signals from across the automotive ecosystem, including website behavior, inbound and outbound calls, lead submissions, CRM activity, service history, marketing responses, digital advertising engagement, email and SMS interactions, and other operational data sources. These signals are unified into a single intelligence layer that allows businesses to understand intent and act on it in real time. ID Privacy AI enables organizations to contact, connect, and communicate with customers across multiple channels including voice, SMS, email, chat, and digital messaging, ensuring that every customer interaction is tracked and managed consistently throughout the buying and ownership journey. In the automotive sector, the platform powers OEM-certified engagement solutions for dealers, OEMs, and automotive technology vendors. The system deploys advanced Voice AI agents for BDC Sales and Service, capable of handling inbound and outbound conversations, responding to leads, booking appointments, following up with prospects, and maintaining continuous engagement with customers across channels. At the foundation of the platform is a unified AI knowledge graph that creates context-aware and journey-aware intelligence, allowing the system to understand where a shopper or customer is in their lifecycle. This enables the AI to deliver the right message, recommendation, or action at the right moment, improving engagement, operational efficiency, and conversion outcomes. By combining multi-channel engagement, agentic AI workflows, and privacy-first infrastructure, ID Privacy AI helps automotive organizations modernize how they engage customers, capture opportunities earlier, and convert more interactions into measurable business results. Role Description This is a full-time remote Outside Sales position focused on AI Automotive Engagement Solutions. The role is responsible for introducing and selling ID Privacy AI’s multi-channel engagement platform to automotive dealers, OEM organizations, and automotive vendors. The Outside Sales Executive will identify and develop relationships with dealership groups, OEM teams, and automotive technology partners that are looking to modernize customer engagement using AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, delivering product demonstrations, and presenting how the platform captures and activates shopper and customer signals across the automotive ecosystem to drive measurable results. The role requires educating prospects on how Voice AI BDC agents, multi-channel engagement tools, and AI-driven lifecycle intelligence can improve lead conversion, service retention, and overall dealership performance. The Outside Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic sales approaches, manage accounts, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction while consistently achieving revenue targets. Qualifications Proven experience developing and executing enterprise or SaaS sales strategies Strong background in automotive dealership technology, AI platforms, or customer engagement solutions Experience selling into automotive dealerships, dealer groups, OEM organizations, or automotive vendors Ability to deliver value-based product demonstrations and consultative sales presentations Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced sales environment Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in software, SaaS, or AI solutions Understanding of automotive dealership workflows including BDC operations, CRM systems, and service operations is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr ID Privacy AI
