DayTime Thur 08:00 PM - 02:00 AM Fri 08:00 PM - 03:00 AM Sat 08:00 PM - 03:00 AM Sun 08:00 PM - 03:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property; document security-related incidents, observations, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Assist with access control, visitor directions, and other site-specific duties while maintaining a professional presence at the residential location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
