What You'll Do

Encourage independence while teaching valuable life skills
Assist with cooking, cleaning, shopping, and daily routines
Take participants into the community for fun activities and appointments
Build genuine friendships and positive relationships
Support personal goals and celebrate achievements
Provide compassionate care while promoting dignity and respect
Complete daily documentation
Work alongside an amazing team that's passionate about making a difference

Available Shifts

Day Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM ($1619/hour)
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM ($1619/hour)
Overnight Sleep Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM ($12/hour)

? Weekend Pay Differential Available

Services are provided in participants' homes and throughout the community.

What We're Looking For

At least 18 years old
High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete required documentation
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to assist with mobility and activities of daily living
Strong observation and documentation skills
Meet employment and health requirements

Experience is a plusbut not required! If you have a caring heart and a positive attitude, we'll teach you the rest.
