Home Care Aide – Make a Difference in Your Community
Home Care Placement is a licensed Home Care Organization dedicated to providing exceptional care across Ada County. We’re looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers who want to make a real difference in the lives of others.

Bonuses & Recognition
$300 Refer-a-Caregiver Bonus
Know someone great? Refer them! Earn $150 after they work 60 hours and another $150 after 120 hours .
(You must be actively employed to refer someone and at the time of payout.)
$150 Caregiver of the Month Bonus
