We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a high-quality guest experience in Honolulu, Hawaii. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, managing front-desk interactions, and keeping service operations organized. The person in this role will welcome customers, handle check-in and check-out activities, answer questions clearly, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and attentive experience. Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers upon arrival and guide them through the check-in process with courtesy.

• Confirm identification, reservation details, and other required information while entering accurate records into company systems.

• Respond to customer questions regarding available services, onsite facilities, and nearby points of interest in a clear and helpful manner.

• Address service concerns quickly, resolving routine issues independently and referring complex matters to leadership when needed.

• Observe the front-desk and surrounding areas to support a safe environment and report hazards or unusual activity promptly.

• Coordinate with teams such as housekeeping and maintenance to help ensure spaces are prepared and customer needs are met.

• Recognize opportunities to recommend additional services or amenities that improve the overall customer experience.

• Maintain complete documentation of arrivals, departures, customer interactions, and incident-related information as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or a related field is an advantage.

• Prior experience in customer service is preferred, ideally within hospitality, travel, or a service-focused environment.

•Ability to answer phones and provide excellent customer service

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to assist a diverse customer base.

• Comfortable handling documentation, verifying information, and maintaining accurate records.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage customer concerns with attention to detail.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established service procedures and policies.

• Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operations.

• Basic customer service skills and a positive, solution-oriented approach to guest interactions.
