Job Description Under the general direction of the Rehabilitation Services Manager or Assistant Manager, a Physical Therapist will assess patient needs, develop treatment goals, and plan and implement appropriate therapy programs using a variety of professional physical therapy procedures. Location & Schedule Part-time, Day shift. Colville, WA – Mount Carmel Hospital – On-site. Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop treatment goals. Plan and implement therapy programs. Utilize a variety of professional physical therapy procedures. Qualifications Valid Washington Physical Therapist license (obtained upon hire). National Provider Identifier (NPI). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (obtained upon hire).
