We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead multiple crews, oversee projects from start to finish, and help us continue building one of the best painting companies in Florida.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple residential and commercial painting projects simultaneously
• Schedule and coordinate field crews and subcontractors
• Lead, coach, and develop Crew Leaders
• Perform jobsite quality control inspections
• Maintain production schedules and project timelines
• Communicate with customers throughout each project
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics
• Manage labor efficiency and project profitability
• Resolve jobsite challenges quickly and professionally
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards
• Work closely with our estimating and office teams to provide a seamless customer experience
• Help improve systems, processes, and overall field operations

Qualifications

• Production Management or Superintendent experience preferred
• Leadership experience managing multiple crews or projects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently
• Customer-focused with a high level of professionalism
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and project management software
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Experience in residential painting, commercial painting, remodeling, restoration, roofing, flooring, or general construction management is strongly preferred.

Schedule

This is a full-time leadership position. Most work is performed during normal business hours, but flexibility is required. Early mornings, occasional evenings, and weekend work may be necessary to support production schedules, customer needs, or weather-related changes.

Compensation & Growth

Starting salary is $60,000 annually , based on experience.
