Real Estate Paralegal

Work Pattern: 4 days in the office / 1 day remote About the Role An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its team in New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong transactional experience to support attorneys in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will support four partners within the Real Estate group, working particularly closely with two. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing Prepare, review, and organize legal documents such as contracts, leases, closing binders, and due diligence materials Conduct title, survey, and zoning reviews Coordinate closings and manage post-closing documentation Liaise with clients, lenders, title companies, and other third parties Maintain accurate records and manage document databases Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and legal documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Paralegal certification or equivalent qualification Experience working in a law firm environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
