Warehouse Receiving Clerk / Inbound Clerk
Location: Franklin, MA
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Overtime Available)
Pay:
Starting at $22.00/hour, based on experience
$750 Sign-On Bonus!
- $375 after 60 days
- $375 after 90 days
Job Summary
Total Warehouse Solutions is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving Clerk to support our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for processing inbound shipments, checking in drivers, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with daily warehouse administration.
Responsibilities
- Process driver check-ins and receiving paperwork.
- Enter receiving data into the warehouse management system.
- Verify shipping and receiving documents.
- Maintain inventory and receiving records.
- Prepare daily reports and data entry.
- Respond to customer and carrier emails.
- Assist with unloading trailers when needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Warehouse receiving or inventory experience preferred.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Overtime as needed.
