Job Title- System Engineer 4
Location - Peoria IL,

Role Focus

Primary focus: Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing
Work involves autonomous systems and complex system integration
This is not simple single-system testing

Key integration areas include:

Perception
Positioning
Planning
Multi-system autonomy stack integration

Candidates coming only from simple automotive systems without complex integration exposure may not be a fit.

Required Experience

Experienced engineer only
- Entry-level or fresh Master's graduates will not be considered
Must be able to:
- Work independently
- Learn quickly and self-driven
- Troubleshoot and move forward with minimal guidance
Strong problem-solving and communication skills required

Technical Skills

Primary (Must-Have):

Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing
Integration of multiple complex systems
Experience with autonomy or highly complex embedded systems

Secondary / Nice-to-Have:

Networking knowledge
IT / system administration exposure
Linux / LDAP experience (plus, not mandatory)
Python exposure (used, but not a primary requirement )
