Salary: $100,000-$120,000

The Role

You'll lead tax preparation and review across diverse client types--individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates. You'll work directly with firm leadership on strategy, process improvement, and technology initiatives. This is a ground-floor opportunity to have a real voice in how we build and scale our practice. We need an operator who thinks beyond technical execution.

Job Duties

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, S corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, and C corporations
• Perform detailed first-level review of staff-prepared returns for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Identify and resolve tax issues prior to partner review
• Communicate directly with clients regarding missing information, tax questions, and return status
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while meeting deadlines

What You Need

• Active CPA license in good standing
• 5+ years of progressive public accounting and tax experience
• Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing federal and state returns across individuals, S corporations, partnerships, and trusts and estates
• Experience supervising, training, and mentoring staff preparers
• Strong technical knowledge of federal and multi-state taxation; Oregon and Washington filing experience preferred
