Daily Responsibilities Begin each day energized, greet teammates, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor. Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals, and stay up to date on trends and promotions. Offer a warm welcome, create friendly conversations, and build customer relationships. Maintain a shoppable space by restoring the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. Finish strong by sharing Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have everything they need, and walking the package with a sincere thank‑you. Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities. Who You Are Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays, with regular dependable attendance and punctuality. Can understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors. Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English. Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues. Able to meet daily sales goal challenges. Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information. Resourceful, eager to start a new venture, and adaptable to changing priorities. Can work independently and thrive in a team dynamic. Can handle electronic devices with no problem. Essential Physical Requirements Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level. Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
