You’ll also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting so every customer feels welcome the moment they walk in. Responsibilities Begin each day energized to make an impact. Greet teammates, help ensure the sales floor is clean and prepared, review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay informed on trends and promotions to engage, educate, and sell with confidence. On the floor, focus on the customer—offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and engage in friendly, personal conversations to build customer relationships. Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. Finish Strong—share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and end with a sincere thank-you, often using the customer’s name. Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities. Strive for excellence as a journey—aim to improve daily, take pride in work, achieve sales goals, and learn from colleagues to deliver store results. Qualifications Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues Meet daily sales goal challenges Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and adapt to changing priorities Work well both independently and as part of a team Handle electronic devices with ease Essential Physical Requirements Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands Standing for extended periods, lifting at least 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, reaching (including above eye level) Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment to perform transactions What We Can Offer You Join a dynamic, inclusive environment with competitive pay and benefits.
