Direct Counsel represents an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Real Estate Litigation Associate (4–7 years) for its New York office. This nationally recognized practice provides a platform to handle complex real estate and commercial lease disputes for clients across industries. Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of real estate and commercial lease litigation.

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for hearings and trials.

• Manage client communications and coordinate with internal teams.

• Take ownership of matters and provide strategic guidance throughout the litigation process.

• 4–7 years of experience in real estate and commercial lease litigation.

• Strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• New York Bar admission required.

• Expected salary: $250,000–$380,000 per year

• Actual compensation will depend on experience, location, and other job-related factors.
