Your Responsibilities

• Carrying out detailed patient evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing personalized care strategies
• Identifying and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health conditions in collaboration with physicians or autonomously (contingent upon your licensure)
• Providing education to patients and their families regarding prevention, wellness strategies, and disease management
• Prescribing medications and treatments within your professional scope
• Involved in patient follow-up and chronic care management
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, integrated care
• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Pennsylvania
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or its specialty equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
