Your Responsibilities

• Performing meticulous patient evaluations, acquiring necessary diagnostic tests, and developing personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic ailments in conjunction with physicians or independently (based on credentialing)
• Providing education to patients and families on prevention, wellness, and managing chronic diseases
• Prescribing medications and treatments within your scope of practice

• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Pennsylvania
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or able to obtain within 90 days)
