Pediatric/Adolescent Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW LMHC)

Position LifeStance Health is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Therapists (LICSW or LMHC) with excellent communication skills and clinical acumen to provide integrated behavioral health care within a family medicine primary care office and outpatient psychotherapy. Responsibilities Embed as an Integrated Care Clinician within a family medicine office and collaborate with the primary care team. Provide mental health services to primarily pediatric and adolescent patients, addressing issues ranging from acute to chronic health conditions, using evidence-based therapies such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief target treatments. Conduct screening for depression, anxiety, and other conditions; frequently consult with medical professionals. Maintain a fast-paced, interdisciplinary workflow and think on your feet. Qualifications Licensed Therapist (LICSW or LMHC) with excellent communication skills and clinical acumen. Experience working across the lifespan with empirically supported treatments in a primary care environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration. Strong commitment to evidence-based practice. Benefits Strong work-life balance/flexible scheduling: 2 days telehealth, 3 days in office. Above-average W2 compensation ($75,000 - $100,000 per year).
