Senior eCommerce & Amazon Manager

Type: Full-Time

Location: Chicago Area – Hybrid, 3 days/week in office

Salary: $110K–$125K + 15% target annual bonus

Our client is looking for a hands-on Senior eCommerce & Amazon Manager to own the day-to-day performance of its consumer brands business, with a primary focus on Amazon and eCommerce. This is a high-ownership role spanning Amazon sales, profitability, forecasting, inventory, and supply chain.

The ideal candidate has deep, hands-on Amazon experience and enjoys working in a lean environment where they can directly impact business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Own Amazon performance end-to-end, with a focus on profitability, repeat customers, Subscribe & Save, and customer retention.
\n
• Manage Amazon advertising performance, including ACoS/TACoS, contribution margin, pricing, promotions, listings, and account health.
\n
• Manage and hold external Amazon agency partners accountable to performance goals.
\n
• Plan and execute key Amazon events, including Prime Day and Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
\n
• Oversee DTC eCommerce and support existing wholesale/retail accounts.
\n
• Build annual budgets and monthly forecasts and monitor P&L performance across revenue, margins, advertising spend, fees, and inventory.
\n
• Own demand forecasting, purchase orders, FBA replenishment, and inventory planning.
\n
• Manage inventory availability and shelf-life to minimize stockouts and product write-offs.
\n
• Coordinate international product shipments and work with internal and external partners across supply chain, finance, marketing, and customer service.
\n
• Manage relationships with international brand partners around product supply, pricing, orders, and commercial planning.

Qualifications:

\n
• 5+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central experience.
\n
• Proven experience improving Amazon profitability , including advertising performance and repeat- purchase/subscription strategies.
\n
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and Excel skills.
\n
• Experience with FBA replenishment, demand forecasting, and inventory planning.
\n
• Background in supplements, health & wellness, beauty, CPG, or another replenishment/consumable category preferred.
\n
• DTC eCommerce/Shopify experience is a plus.
\n
• Comfortable working independently in a lean, highly hands-on environment.
\n
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage agencies, vendors, and international partners.
