• Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate vehicles.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits clearly and professionally.
• Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in offers to close sales effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, incentives, and competitive products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet dealership sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and dealership policies.

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing sales role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

• Competitive salary ranging from $50,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
