Director of Sales

Keller Williams Lehigh Valley in Bethlehem, PA, is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly driven Director of Sales to help lead the growth and development of our Market Center. This is a full-time, non-selling leadership position for someone who has a proven track record of success in real estate sales, leadership, recruiting, and business development. The ideal candidate understands the Keller Williams systems and business model, or is eager to learn and implement them. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact by helping agents build successful businesses while contributing to the overall growth, profitability, and culture of the Market Center. Compensation On-Target Earnings: $150,000+ (base + bonus) Paid Time Off (PTO) Bonuses considered after a 60-day period Who Are We Looking For?
