Human Resources Manager - Full Time

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting conflict resolution.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes to support employee growth and development.
- Policy Development: Create and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and career advancement.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage employee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a full-service environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a standard workweek, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
