The Loan Originator will be responsible for assisting clients throughout the loan process, from initial application to loan closing. Key responsibilities include assessing clients’ financial profiles, evaluating loan options, guiding borrowers through underwriting procedures, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. The Loan Originator will also build strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth lending experience. Qualifications Expertise in Loan Origination and understanding of Mortgage products and processes Knowledge of Underwriting principles and best practices Proficiency in Financial analysis and Loans management Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines Keen understanding of compliance with lending regulations and practices Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Finance or related fields are advantageous Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Crown Mortgage Company
