Johnson & Johnson seeks a Sales Associate for spine medical device sales in the Dallas South, Texas territory. The role involves clinical support in operating rooms, customer relationship management, and driving sales objectives for DePuy Synthes spine products.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeon and hospital relationships in assigned territory while driving sales and market share goals
• Provide clinical guidance and product knowledge in operating rooms during spine procedures
• Attend surgeries, ensure proper equipment availability, and consult with operating room and sterile processing teams
• Handle technical support, customer requests, billing, and purchase order management
• Track and deploy equipment and promotional materials while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate degree with medical certification plus 2+ years experience
• Valid United States driver's license
• Ability to work in operating room and lab environments
• Willingness to travel including weekends and overnight stays
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive professional demeanor
• Technical knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures preferred
