Pediatric Hospitalist (Finance)

Nemours is seeking part time or full time pediatric hospitalists to join our team at two hospitals in Southern Delaware. This position will consist of coverage at both Beebe Healthcare and TidalHealth Nanticoke Hospital.

Nemours Children’s collaborates with Beebe Healthcare to offer pediatric expertise and equipment in southern Delaware. Here, we combine our advanced pediatric care with Beebe's highly trained nursing staff, pharmacists, therapists and social workers. This cooperation demonstrates our shared belief that kids do better when we work together.

This position offers professional advantage in that it affords the opportunity to care for patients and families who reside in a medically underserved location in Delaware. In addition, these locations offer the opportunity to live in rapidly developing areas that are close to Delaware beaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery room attendance is required for this position
• Care for inpatient pediatric and well-baby nursery patients
• Consultations for pediatric patients in the emergency department

Qualifications

• Board eligible or certified in General Pediatrics
• Eligible for unrestricted Delaware medical license and DEA
• Appropriate AHA certifications
