Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and informed every step of the way. Leverage our proven open house strategy to attract and convert potential buyers effectively. Collaborate with our marketing team to enhance property listings and maximize exposure. Utilize our CRM and tech tools to manage client interactions and streamline transactions. Stay informed about the North Texas luxury real estate market trends to provide clients with the best advice. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to our supportive and fun team culture. Attend meetings at the office in Southlake at least twice a week and show houses in the Southlake area. Qualifications Coachable, curious, and genuinely excited about real estate. Communicate with warmth and follow through without being reminded. Show up prepared and take clients' trust seriously. Desire to be part of something — not just work alongside it. Take your job seriously, but not life.
