Schedule Monday - Wednesday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM Responsibilities Provide individualized support in the person's home environment. Assist with daily living activities and personal goals. Support meal preparation, household tasks, and organization. Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities at home. Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. Complete required documentation and service notes accurately and timely. Qualifications Fluent English communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Patient, caring, and able to build positive relationships. Energetic and able to support an active individual. Prior experience supporting individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities is preferred. DSP, CNA, caregiver, or related experience is a plus.
