ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in May 2018 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. I graduated from SUNY Oswego with a degree in Operations Management and began my career with Enterprise Rent-A-Car before becoming an Account Manager with Hertz. In that role, I worked closely with claims centers, local branches, repair shops, and State Farm agents, which ultimately introduced me to the agency opportunity and led me to open an office of my own.

Being involved in our community is a huge part of who we are. My team and I serve as Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, and I'm a member of the American Business Women's Association. We also volunteer with United Way's Day of Caring & Action and proudly support Vestal youth sports, school athletics, and community events like the Summer Celebration, Movie Night at the Park, Splash Bash, and Challenger League.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member with Alexa Langeland - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
