Complete two rotations in the Customer Excellence & Logistics Team. Rotations can consist of CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, & Replenishment), customer service, deductions, transportation or more.

Gain hands-on experience analyzing customer and internal data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve process.

Assist in managing a portion of a CPFR analyst's portfolio.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to understand end-to-end supply chain operations.

Support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Learn and apply data-driven decision-making in a dynamic business environment.

An undergraduate (rising junior or senior) student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics.

Experience with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus.

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
