In this role, you’ll operationalize Walmart entities for freight forwarding services that we offer to marketplace sellers. You will influence organizational change, leverage your technical acumen, and work collaboratively with human resources, operations, product, legal, tax, and controllership teams. Your leadership will be pivotal in advancing Walmart’s operational excellence and sustaining competitive advantage in a high growth environment. The role is based in Bentonville and reports to the Senior Director of Global Logistics, Commercial Development. About the team: The team leads the development and growth of global logistics and international freight forwarding services, emphasizing convenience, reliability, and cost efficiency for marketplace sellers. It drives strategic initiatives in ocean and air freight consolidation while aligning commercial product roadmaps with Walmart’s systems strategy. Collaborating across supply chain, marketplace, product, and engineering functions, the team delivers enterprise-wide programs, manages profit and loss, and achieves financial goals. Focused on accountability, integrity, and operational excellence, the team enhances Walmart’s global logistics capabilities through innovative solutions and strong cross-functional partnerships. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
