Looking to hire a well-rounded, highly experienced, bookkeeping assistant for successful and always growing business located in the heart of Jensen Beach. Knowledge or passion for the Interior Design industry highly sought after but not mandatory.
Day to day responsibilities to include:
- Client account management
- Bank and CC reconciliation
- Receipt/vendor payment management
- Client invoices + receivables
- State sales tax reporting + remittance
- Profit and budget reporting
- Business services
- Payroll processing
- SOP creation
- Task calendar management
- Provide support to DK + KD team
Ideal candidate must have:
- High level of organizational skills
- Full understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Thorough knowledge of Gmail, Google docs and sheets, QuickBooks a must / Harvest, Design Files, Gusto, Studio Designer a plus
- Must be punctual and ready to work on a daily basis
- Be proactive and a self-starter
Position is full time; Monday - Friday
