As a Senior Manager, you'll contribute by working with our clients as the leader of a team with primary responsibility to successfully execute engagements. This person exhibits an advanced understanding of transformation programs, client's business processes and risks. This person recognizes and works to mitigate areas of potential technical or high-risk engagement issues. Serving as both a role model and trainer, the Senior Manager demonstrates the attributes of excellent client service and assists team members in finding the right resources to develop technical and professional competency. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.$128,000.00 - $205,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.14%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity.
