FinTech Corporate Counsel — Strategic Contracts & Compliance

OneZero Financial Systems is seeking a motivated Corporate Counsel to join our Somerville office. You will negotiate and draft customer and vendor agreements, advise on legal risk, and support strategic corporate initiatives as the company expands its product offerings and global footprint.
You will partner with executive leadership and multiple teams to provide practical legal advice, manage CLM processes, and respond to KYC and compliance requests in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
