What You’ll Do: As a Driver/Maintenance Assistant, you’ll play a hands‑on role in improving the lives of our residents by: Performing apartment reconditioning tasks, including fixture installation and general repairs. Maintaining all areas of the community to the highest standard, ensuring proper record‑keeping for work orders, certifications, and scheduling. Assisting in safety preparedness of associates and residents, participating in Safety Committee Meetings, fire drills, and other emergency exercises. What We’re Looking For: 1+ year of experience in maintenance, minor repairs, painting, and grounds upkeep, with the ability to operate applicable tools and equipment. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Compassionate communication and teamwork skills. Current in‑person CPR/First Aid certification (online not accepted).
