Wellness Equity Alliance (WEA) seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver primary care, behavioral health, and infectious disease management in Downtown Los Angeles. This role serves unsheltered populations across encampments, shelters, and temporary housing, collaborating with nurses, case managers, and other health workers to promote health equity and reduce disparities.
