Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients with urgent or critical illness, emergency care needs, and non-urgent treatment requests
• Triage patients according to care requirements and acuity level
• Perform ongoing assessment of patient condition and implement immediate interventions as needed
• Provide discharge teaching to patients and families
• Deliver care across a broad range of patient populations including pre-natal, neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Collaborate on an inter-disciplinary level, communicating effectively and appropriately based on individual intellectual level and physical ability

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
• CPI or MOAB certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an emergency department setting
• Experience caring for diverse patient populations across all age groups
