Fleet Technician

Every minute a fleet customer's vehicle is in the shop that customer is losing money. We are a one-stop shop and perform repairs on everything from the rubber to the roof! Some experience we would prefer: Lift gate repair DOT/ ANSI experience DPF systems Welding/Fabrication Strong problem - solving skills Hydraulics Electronic Diagnostics Attention to detail is an absolute requirement Dependable team player with a positive attitude. Responsibilities: * Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards * Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment * Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning * Communicates directly with the Fleet Service Advisor to inform customers if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs * Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Requirements: * ASE certification preferred * Great attitude * Strong teamwork skills * Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance. * Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance * Must have a valid driver's license * Maintain stall in an orderly and clean manner * Ability to identify problems quickly * Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications * Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment * Basic computer and internet literacy * Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools * Keep shop equipment operating (maintain, troubleshoot, repair, etc.) * Drive manual transmission vehicles * Use computer diagnostic equipment * Must have reliable transportation Compensation: DOE...Starting at $85K - 125K - BUT THE SKY IS THE LIMIT!
