Location: Remote with occasional travel


Rate: Negotiable based on experience


Duration: Long term contract


Position Summary:

The Scheduler supports the Schedule Manager and Senior Schedule Manager in creating and maintaining the overall project schedule for the Enterprise. Responsibilities include creating and monitoring project schedules within their program realm, collaborating with stakeholders such as Store Layout, Architecture & Engineering, Procurement, Legal, and Merchandising & Construction field teams. The Scheduler plans the entire year strategically and cost-effectively, aligning with Enterprise goals.


Key Skills :

• Developing and implementing project timelines
• Managing baseline dates vs. planned dates vs. actual dates
• Critical Path Method
• Identifying risks and issues

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Liaison with Program Management, Field personnel, and internal teams for specified Program(s) - 25%

• Analyze and monitor risks and issues associated with overall Program(s) - 25%

• Weekly team responsibilities such as reporting and email - 25%

• Candidate Selection project scheduling - 25%

Education Requirement:

• Required : Bachelor's Degree

Prior Work Experience:

• Required : 3 to 5 years of related work experience

Required Skills:

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Ability to adapt to change and shift priorities to meet objectives
• Ability to inform and influence stakeholders at various levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deep knowledge of Program/Project Management processes and tools
• Familiarity with design and construction best practices and processes
• Advanced skills with software applications: Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with web-based applications such as Tririga, SAP, Ariba
