About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its local chapter with a focus on program impact, fundraising, and community engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for the local implementation of the program model, ensuring that running is central to all member interactions and driving the growth of the chapter's presence. This role requires a hands-on approach to program delivery, local fundraising, and the management of staff, volunteers, and partnerships. The Executive Director will be the operational leader, owning the full P&L and mission outcomes, and must be adept at setting and achieving strategic goals. Key responsibilities include program strategy, staff management, volunteer engagement, and the development and execution of a local fundraising strategy. Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 4 years in program management, community organizing, or nonprofit operations. Experience in fundraising, volunteer management, and a strong understanding of social services and the nonprofit landscape are highly valued. The role demands a leader who is proactive, transparent, and operationally sharp, with the ability to manage a budget, and CRM software, and lead by example in a running community. The ideal candidate will be a local owner, treating the chapter as their own, and will be expected to demonstrate active relationships with key stakeholders, a clear understanding of the program model, and a local fundraising plan within the first 90 days.
