Technician/ Patient Services Specialist

Job Description Clearvue Eye Care – Roseville clinic is looking for someone to join us as a Technician/Patient Services Specialist. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration. This is a full‑time position (40 hours per week). The clinic is open Monday to Friday. What You’ll Do Greet and welcome patients in person, by phone, and via email, and manage patient check‑in/check‑out. Perform pre‑testing to support comprehensive eye care. Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments. Handle eyewear pick‑ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear. Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience. Support clinic operations with additional duties as required. What You Bring Previous retail experience is considered an asset. Ability to multi‑task and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional patient experiences. A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent preferred. The expected starting compensation for this position is between $18.55 and $23.00 per hour, considering factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
