Job Overview Join the founding leadership team for our new Rocklin clinic opening in March 2027. The role is Medical & Dental Patient Services Representative Supervisor, responsible for building and leading front office operations from the ground up, creating a welcoming, person‑centered experience for every patient and developing a high‑performing team. The supervisor establishes a culture rooted in trust, collaboration, and exceptional service aligned with Chapa‑De’s mission. Schedule 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Anticipated Start Date August 2026 Hourly Pay $30.50–$35.55 Benefit Highlights Employer‑paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents. 17 days PTO per year, 11 paid holidays, 8+ sick days (one hour for every 30 hours worked). Your Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the medical and dental front office, ensuring efficient patient flow, appropriate staffing coverage, and exceptional person‑centered service delivery. Serve as the primary escalation point for patient and staff concerns while providing hands‑on operational support during staffing shortages, high patient volumes, and operational needs. Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, coaching and performance management of front office staff while fostering a positive, team‑based culture aligned with Chapa‑De’s mission and values. Establish and refine front office workflows, monitor operational metrics and compliance, and partner with medical, dental, billing and operational teams to support integrated care and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required Experience High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a healthcare facility, preferably in a medical or dental front office; previous experience with Chapa‑De welcome. Minimum 3 years’ experience with Medi‑Cal insurance eligibility, including Medi‑Cal, Medicare, workers’ compensation, auto insurance and private insurance in either medical or dental area. Minimum 3 years’ experience with an electronic health record, preferably EClinicalWorks or a similar EHR.
