Asure's HCM offering includes Payroll & Tax, HR, and Time & Attendance software and HR Services ranging from online compliance tools to a fully outsourced HR department.This is an on-site position based in Nashville, TN.How You Will ContributeOur Payroll Specialist II works to serve our small business clients to manage their changing payroll needs. The face of payroll to a dedicated client base, you partner to deliver expert payroll processing and services. Responsible for establishing and maintaining employee payroll records, they own the activities necessary to provide dedicated quality processing services.Responsibilities include:Process weekly, semi-monthly, and custom calendar payroll.Calculate paychecks using tax tables.Inspect automated system outputs such as registers and standard reports.Determining and correct out-of-balance conditions.Check and audit timekeeping records for standard compliance.Validate time and attendance records from TLM system with payroll.Enter in new hires into Payroll Central.Post changes in pay and tax status.Process involuntary deductions such as levies and garnishments.Prepare special reports for management.Qualifications3 -5+ years automated payroll systems experience or equivalent accounting experience.Previous payroll experience in a client facing environment.Previous customer service experience.Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to deliver under tight deadlines or unusual or critical situations.Professional presentation of written information, that is clear and effective for success with clients.Direct experience in a variety of SaaS payroll systems, and your ability to learn new ones.Background of in-house payroll processing experience in a small to mid-sized business is highly preferred but not required.CompensationThe base hourly range for this position is up to $27.00, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA- All effective on day 1!Company paid Basic Life Insurance, A+D, Long-Term Disability, and Short-Term Disability401K Program with 3% safe harbor contributionEmployee Stock Purchase ProgramFitness Reimbursement ProgramSelf-Managed PTOOur MissionTo provide Human Capital Management (HCM) software and services that help companies grow, while nurturing a culture of growth around us.Helping customers grow by getting the most from their human capital.Helping our employees grow personally and professionally.Growing relationships in our communities that inspire goodness.Grow shareholder valueOur VisionBe the most trusted Human Capital Management resource to entrepreneurs everywhere.Our ValuesReflect who we are and what we stand for as a company.Embrace ChangeLead with IntegrityOwn the OutcomeDeliver AwesomeBe a Good HumanWe are an equal opportunity employer.
